Hours

We are a weekend bakery, delivering fresh bread to your doorstep Saturday and Sunday mornings. But if you have a special order, feel free to use the contact page to let us know. Just be sure to give us a weeks’ notice so we have time to prepare.

Bolillos are a savory bread with a soft inside and a crunchy crust. They are similar to a baguette, though they are shorter in length. Bolillos are traditionally used to make tortas, so they make great sandwich bread.

Conchas are a traditional Mexican sweet bread roll (pan dulce). Conchas get their name from their striped, seashell-like appearance. A concha consists of two parts, a sweetened, light and fluffy bread , and a crunchy sugar topping. These are the perfect bread to pair with your morning coffee.

Our story

I started my bread baking journey in 2019 after watching the Great British Bake-off. I bought a few books, and started making bread weekly instead of buying loaves from the store. Later that year, as my wife and I were getting ready for Dia de los Muertos, we started talking about how difficult it was to find good Pan de Muerto. I decided I would give it a shot and scoured the internet for good recipes. I tried several different recipes and picked what my family liked the best out of each and made my own. Since then I haven’t stopped trying to perfect different breads.

Bread has been linked to so many of my good memories, most of them being surrounded by family and friends. My goal with Tito’s Panaderia is to hopefully help create, or recreate, those memories for others.
