Our story
I started my bread baking journey in 2019 after watching the Great British Bake-off. I bought a few books, and started making bread weekly instead of buying loaves from the store. Later that year, as my wife and I were getting ready for Dia de los Muertos, we starting talking about how difficult it was to find good Pan de Muerto. I decided I would give it a shot and scoured the internet for good recipes. I tried several different recipes and picked what my family liked the best out of each and made my own. Since then I haven’t stopped trying to perfect different breads.
Bread has been linked to so many of my good memories, most of them being surrounded by family and friends. My goal with Tito’s Panaderia is to hopefully help create, or recreate, those memories for others.
